Role of the Outreach Committee

Outreach Committee Activities Include:

In conjunction with the Community Builder, the Outreach Committee will assist with:

The development of an Outreach plan

  • One-on-one stakeholder interviews
  • Listening sessions and presentations at community meetings and events


Objective: Engage new and existing stakeholders in order to encourage participation in the Quality of Life Plan Process.


Metric: 500 in attendance for Community Visioning Summit, 150 + one-on-one interviews, Email blast list of 1000


Strategy: Engage new and existing stakeholders in Community Visioning Summit, one-on- one interviews and community visits


Tactics: Identify new and existing stakeholders.  Form community interview teams in order to complete interviews with community and neighborhood leaders.  Conduct Community Vision Summit to gather vision for plan.
